The newly renovated Plaza Ballroom offers a sophisticated California casual ambiance with state-of-the-art functionality and new personalized touches, including landscaping and a fountain. This beautiful Newport Beach meeting room can accommodate 800 in a theater set up, hold a series of seminars, stage a banquet for 600, or host a reception for up to 1,000 guests. With its unique layout and location facing the bay, the 3,192 square foot Terrace Room is the ideal location for everything from large breakouts and training sessions to dinners and receptions. Offering panoramic views of our gardens and the Back Bay, this stylish Newport Beach meeting room is the perfect setting for corporate events or weddings for up to 300 guests.

Garden Rooms, I, II and III
Adjacent to our Garden are the Garden Rooms, I, II and III, which are flexible to open a door to each and connect or close off for separate events. Garden Room I offers 1,550 square feet of meeting space, including a fireplace. Garden Room II offers 520 square feet and Garden Room III has 1,380 square feet of meeting space.
This preset boardroom offers welcoming, residential styling with warm, polished woods and high back leather chairs for seating up to 10. French windows bathe the room in natural light.
Enjoy our newest meeting room, completed in 2011. The Pacific Room boasts 1,900 square feet of indoor space and an outdoor patio complete with a gas fire pit and strung patio lights. This beautiful and ultra-flexible space can accommodate 150 for formal dining or theater setup, 200 for a reception, and 64 for a classroom layout.
The perfect space for a board meeting in Newport Beach, the Palm Room is equipped with a white board and counter top. Adjacent to the Patio Room, the 450 square foot Palm Room can accommodate 25 with conference seating. Natural lighting will refresh your attitude throughout a day of meetings.
